Heck no, WE'RE NOT ARGUING. No apologies from you - however, perhaps from me for not replying sooner - - I've just been busy and I'm running almost a week late in replying to my mail.
I posed your questions to the German-Texan List because I do not know the answers. Up to now, nobody has replied. It is a very interesting, and important item in what happened during the German/Central European immigration into Texas.
It's quite possible that in the several messages that have transpired, the context of your original message has been lost. I am very interested in the answer, therefore, I would like for you to put your original questions "To the public" on the German-Texan list again. Marvin
