Ed, you should probably make the change in the links, although it is not
absolutely necessary. I have put up a page on Concentric Net (the old
server), that will take care of anyone trying to log on to the old address.
What it basically does is tell the user that the page has moved to a different
server, and then automatically switches them to the new site.

Since I haven't dropped my server (Concentric Net) and plan to keep a few
files there, the "forward" page will always be there.
