Hi Cindy. This part of the lineage is incorrect. Several months ago, I
posted to the board that Jacob Aylor did not marry Frances Murry, he married
Frances SPARKS, daughter of Thomas and Mary (Towles) Sparks. Perhaps that
message is archived somewhere. John B also printed the explanation in an
issue of Beyond Germanna.

Since there are a lot of new subscribers since then, I'd be happy to repost
the information. Basically--the will of Thomas Sparks bequeaths land to
Jacob Aylor, as he did his other sons-in-law. Further, the chancery case of
Clark v. Towles in 1839 names Jacob's children as heirs of Mary Towles Sparks.
