I just checked a publisher website and the 1782-1786 Culpeper Co., VA tax
list is printed and still apparently being sold. It must also be available
in some of the larger libraries. I used the book at the Allen Co.Pub. Lib.,
Ft. Wayne, IN and copied out information about some of my
Culpeper/(Rappahannock) Co. ancestors.
I don't think list rules allow giving the for-profit publisher name here.
