I am still trying to locate the father of Gavin/Claus Huffman b. 1803 in
Culpepper Co VA, d. 1863 in Barren Co KY, m. Sarah E.(Sally) Button 26 Dec
1832 Barren Co KY. Possibly it could have been Charles Huffman who was in
Barren Co KY to make his power of attorney to one of his son's (Thomas). I
have one document with Gavin's name on it, but it does not state clearly
that he is a son of Charles. I will copy it below and hope someone will
recognize something, ANYTHING, getting a little desperate here <G>
Gavin/Claus is my GGGrandfather.
Thanks in advance for any help you may have to share,
Judy Nuckols Lowe
