For those of you with Germanna families that moved on to Kentucky or who
have other roots in Kentucky, the Kentucky Vital Records site
<http://ukcc.uky.edu/~vitalrec/>; is great! You can search a death index
for 1911-1986 and another for 1987-1992. Results show county of death,
county of residence, volume where filed with the state and certificate
number. There is also information about how to order copies from the
Office of Vital Statistics. Other databases are marriage index
1973-1993 and divorce index 1973-1993.
