Josiah Fishback, the Comm'rs. mentioned in an order of the Wor. Court of
Fauq. dated Nov. Court 1772, I proceeded to survey and Divide the land
mentioned in the said order according to the above plat...near the line of
Thomas Barton and Edward Feagans .. to the line of Walkers now Bartlett's
...near a line of a former tract of land of the Holtzclaws now Jeremiah
Darnall's ... up the side of the mountain to a great rock ... 340a. ...

Edward Neale and Samuel Wigenton, Chainmen. Rec: 24 Nov. 1773, returned and
ordered recorded.
22 MARCH 1783. Tripartite Deed. Between John Fishback, Philip Fishback and
Josiah Fishback of Leeds Parish...whereas John Fishback, father of sd.
parties did in his lifetime obtain a grant from Proprietor for 1028 acres in
Pr. Wm. Co. (now Fauquier Co.) on Little River ... 12 June 1731 ... and by
his Last Will and Testament devised sd. land to above parties...an equal div.
to be made...cor to Glebe lands...Hailey's line...(this is the line between
John and Philip)...Bartlett's Road...allotting to John Fishback the upper
part, Philip the middle part and Josiah the lower part... Signed: John
