Possibly this is a mistake for Stonecipher. I believe we had a John
Stonecipher in the newly formed Culpeper Co. He came from the Siegen area
and was Reformed. Very probably his wife was related to Henry Huffman's
wife. He lived not too far from the Kilby's it appears.
