Hello from a former Martin, born and raised in Fremont, 1929
I can't help you with your Umland request but my curiosity was piqued by your
name.
I am Mary Jane Martin Richardson. Do you know your Martin roots?

We are in Logan UT for the summer but have lived in Phoenix since 1952, both
my husband and I having graduated from Fremont High in 1947.

Good luck with your search. My Aunt, Leta Martin Kavan lived and died in
Beatrice so we have visited there on our trips back to Fremont for HS reunions.
