Hi! My family also said the sauerkraut rhyme. My family said the sauerkraut
rhyme.
Also, thunder was described as St. Peter rolling taters down the railroad
track.
Jiminy Christmas was a frequent saying, along with What's your name?
PuddinTain.
Ask me again and i'll tell you the same!
I'm descended from the Harris family of Valley Park. When I was 10 my family
moved to South County from Valley Park. My mother grew up in Kirkwood. My
German
ancestors were from Rheme and Lienen in Westphalia, Baarsen in Pyrmont,
Baden, Hesse,
and Hanover.
