The St. Louis street guide shows two Carroll Streets, obviously once one
street but split in the middle now by Interstate 55 with no connection. It
was between 7th street and Tucker Blvd, which probably wasn't named Tucker
since. Tucker was mayor some years ago.

Mapquest.com shows another segment running between 1st and 2nd streets. Go
to Mapquest.com and you will get six listings but they are actually pairs,
showing both ends of the same street as different streets, so only three
actual listings of the three segments that I mentioned.

I can find no mention of Heimenz Hall in any searches.
