Lynne,At the time of her death she lived in Cicinnati(Lockland),Ohio. She and Michael Roth are buried at Oak Hill Cemetery.Their daughter Theresa M. Seifert is there as well.11/05/1894-12/30/1962 Grandson Leonard Seifert 7/10/1913 - 7/13/1956 buried there too . No I do not have a copy of her death certificate.
I do believe my grandmother Emma Roth was born in Cincinnati(White Oak).She married Anthony Rack in 1908 at St Leo Church in Fairmount.
