John-
I am 2nd gr-granddaughter of Martha Gillespie 1818-1879(married Robert Tyler), daughter of Col. Allen Gillespie, b 1765, and Sara Sims. I believe that Allen is the son of George. Both of my grandparents were from the Limestone/Jonesborough area.
