Holmes Gillman of Kinsale Cork Ireland
I am also interested in the Holmes, Gillman and O'Callaghan families
My connection is with the Holmes-O'Callaghan Family

Richard Gillman and Mary Baldwin are my 7x Grandparents
Mary is the 5xgranddaughter of William Herbert Earl of Pembroke and Ann Parr the sister of Catherine Parr 6th wife of Henry IIIV
Richard and Mary had a daughter Barbara birth unknown
she married Cornelius O'Callaghan of Drumskehy Cork 1796
Note there is a connection between Eleanor O'Callaghan( John Gillman) and Cornelius
Barbara and Cornelius had a daughter Mary who married 27/3/1744 Robert Holmes of Shinanagh b abt 1723 d 1757
they had 2 sons that I know of
Cornelius who married Margaret Wilkinson and my Thomas Holmes who married Catherine Kingston the only d/o James Kingston (Mayor of Cork) and Ann Murray
Thomas and Catherine had 4 Children
-James who married Margaret Bullen issue 1 daughter Sarah
Sarah married her cousin Thomas Holmes s/o of O'Callaghan and Isabella Ross Young
-Robert Kingston
-O'Callaghan Hyde Holmes b unkn d 1832 Canada
my 4x grandfather
O'Callaghan married Isabella Ross Young in Ontario Canada
-Anna Maria married John Groves and Frederick Pole
Frederick was Anna's cousin son Capt. Frederick Samuel and Margaret Holmes d/o of Cornelius and Margaret Wilkinson
if in your reseach you come across any of these folk and wish to share your finding would be most appreciated
