Hi Gilmorers and Janis,
My name is Russ. However, the e-mail address is in my wife's name,
Fran.....
Wish I could see a connection to your Gilmores, but as I mentioned in my
first message, my Gilmore facts are extremely limited. If any of the
following would help you, please let me know.
Harry Gilmore Wallace lived in Red Oak, Iowa (Montgomery Co.) for a short
time after he was married. Prior to that time, I think he was living in
Bureau Co. IL (Princeton). Harry Gilmore Wallace married Nettie H.
Wilson. She was born in Warren Co. Iowa the daughter of Nathan Elwood
Wilson and Henrietta KNOTT. Nathan Elwood Wilson was born in Guilford Co.
NC. His wife Henrietta Knott was born in 1845 in CANADA. Since you
mentioned Canada with your Gilmores, I decided to expand with the
locations. Don't know if this helped or not. Otherwise, I don't have
another thing on the Gilmores.
Which means that I have nothing on George Wallace Gilmore.
Russ
