Good Evening list

I found this tonight on the Wiley List. This man has information on the
Gilmores

Sally

also.Looking for info on the family of William WILEY, died before
1786 in VA,possibly Bedford Co. Three of his daughters - Anne, Harriet,
andKatherine (b. 1753, VA) married three GILMORE brothers - Huriah,
George, and Humphrey. This group moved from VA to the Cumberland Co., NC
area inthe 1760's. Huriah moved to Bedford Co., VA in 1777, and the other
twobrothers moved to the Wilkes Co., GA area in the 1780's. A mention
ofWilliam WILEY's death in VA is found in the 1786 Wilkes Co. court
records. An Adam WILEY was witness to a deed of Humphrey GILMORE in Wilkes
Co., andboth a William and an Adam WILEY are listed on the 1782 Bedford
Co., VAtax rolls. Ring any bells?
