Carina,
I checked on Win Wood's site (do you know of her and her work?) and she has
that James Gilson and Jane Kerr married in 1852 (I couldn't remember
exactly). The information that she has about Frances Clark is that she and
James only had one child, Hannah. Does this sound like it could be your
