Christian & Ann Kingery sold to Christian Baughman two tracts of land in
Lebanon Township, Dauphin County, PA.
1. 59 acres and allowances, being part of land sold by Michael Baughman
to Jost Kingery. Sold by heirs (John Kingery and Magdaleane his wife,
Michael Kingery, Jacob Kingery, Peter Kingery, Adam Burkholder and Mary
his wife, Marthin Wingart and Ann his wife) of Jost on 20 May 1776 to
Christian Kingery
2. 88 acres and allowances, being part of land left by Jost Kingery and
sold by his heirs (John Kingery and Magdaleane his wife, Christian
Kingery, Jacob Kingery and Fronica his wife, Peter Kingery and Mary his
wife, Adam Burgholder and Mary his wife, Martin Wingart and Ann his wife
by their deed or Indenture bearing date the twenty day of May AD 1776
and John Myer and Barbara his wife) to Michael Kingery on 28th Nov
1781. On the 19th of March 1785, Michael & Mary Kingery sold the land
to Christian Kingery.
