Hello All

Family oral legend has it that my husband's grandmother MARY ANN WILLIAMS (born 1872 at Penarth) was a member of the Royal Welsh Choir which travelled to America to perform in the 1890's. It was under the direction of Madame Clara Novello Davies - mother of Ivor Novello. Can anyone suggest where I may be able to find some more information about this choir.

Many thanks
Beverley (Perth, Western Australia)

P.S. The singing talent certainly wasn't passed down to her grandson!
