I say ,be prepared for any thing!!! Last year I went to Llangollen for the
music festival and almost froze to death in July/Aug. It was very cold and
rain all week Also-very windy.I wore T-shirt,cardigan,coat and plastic rain
gear and stll froze. I had to buy sweaters and sweat pants to survive!
This was really a surprise to me as normally, cold weather is comfortable
for me. Of course, the next week it was balmy and I had to haul the extra
clothes around with me for the rest of the trip. Sally
