If you have a plastic card you can obtain one for
£7.https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp

If you do not have a code but know the year and the parents names then that
is OK. You could look up the relevant code on _www.FreeBMD.org.uk_
(http://www.FreeBMD.org.uk) or if it is not there then you could look on
_www.findmypast.com_ (http://www.findmypast.com) .
