I have the GOCHENOUR lists from the Illinois Statewide Death Index,
1916­1950, which is available online at
<http://www2.sos.state.il.us/departments/archives/genealogy/forms/idphdeathsrch.html>;.
Although the list is not long it is inconvenient to send to the list as a
text file as it contains the following information: Last Name, First Name,
Middle Name, Sex/Race, Age, Cert #, Death Date, County, City, Date
Filed. If anyone would like a copy in WordPerfect format (most word
processors will convert), let me know.
