We have libraries in our small community/county, and I have a library
card here. However, the reason for traveling so far is to reach the
Closest Library that offers HQ internet Access-
I based my travel time on this listing for California libraries offering
online access- as published here: (note other states are included in
this listing)

-------If someone knows of other libraries in California offering HQ
internet access that is not on the list please let me know~it may be
