Carolyn,
That's terrible that there is no closer library offering HQ. I, too, live
in a small town and am moving very shortly to an even smaller one. But last
year when Godfrey informed us they had lost HQ as one of their databases, I
was pleasantly surprised to find that my local library offered it, free of
charge, with the only requirement being a library card. Since I had just
acquired a card shortly before that, I was all set. I also found that they
offered several other genealogy friendly databases, and it's been a very
good experience here. Right now, I plan on continuing to use my present
library databases, and to later explore what my new location may have to
offer.
Deloris
