Very well said. When I come across a tree or information online with
'sources' and those sources turn out to be another FTM tree, I don't even consider
the tree at all. I usually take the information on it, and do my own search
which means ordering BMD certificates and the such.

I believe that most information posted, especially online by other
genealogist is to be treated as just useless information until proven by standard
genealogical practices.
