It seems to me that Godfrey's "NEW RESOURCES" is just a list sites that are
already available to the pubic. A creative google search would be effective.
Sorta like Cyndi's list.

Quebec for example. I think the Godfrey is striking a good balance now.
And eventually it looks like they're attempting to digitize more of their
own holdings which will bring more Ct. material online. The additional
non-Ct holdings also attract more subscribers, which in turn allows more
financial leeway for digitizing Ct. material, and so on...
