Dick,

I suggest you re-read the Guild's recommendations. That's what we say. While
we do reference some UK sources based on the numerical dominance of UK
members, we make it clear that equivalent sources in other countries ARE
included.

A wiki is about what can be agreed by consensus. If you feel the Guild's
policy is wrong (and I submit that it's not), there are appropriate ways to
address this.

In our recent reprint of the leaflet "Introducing the Guild" we have gone
further to promote a country neutral approach.

My point is this: the Guild has a registration policy and it would be odd
for this not to be referenced. That policy requires data collection in *all*
countries of the world "where the name is relatively significant and where
resources are readily accessible".
