Sorry for the multiple post.

Does anyone out there no anything about this surname? I have a William
George SMITH who married Miranda COUNTISS date unknown. Their only child
that I know of was Andrew Jackson Smith b. April 25, 1872 in Kentucky,
d. April 12, 1971 in Amarillo, Texas. He married my g-grandaunt, Willie
Lee Gordon bef. 1896.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
