Hi Molly,
Perhaps we are about a hundred years apart, my "Most Wanted"
Graham is: ELIZABETH GRAHAM, who was born about 1761 in Ireland. She
married Barnabas Slaven (Sr) in Ireland about 1784. Barnabas was a weaver,
and Elizabeth's two brothers, who were Laird's (land owners,) were opposed
to their marriage. Barnabas and Elizabeth with their two sons, Barnabas
(Jr) and Andrew, decided to immigrate to America. Most of their arrival
dates state they arrived in 1800\1801, however, an examination of the
family group sheet indicates that they had their third child, Margaret
in January 1793 she was born in Pennsylvania. This makes it apparent that
they actually arrived sometime before 1873. Sometime after 1815 the family
migrated to Poland, Mahoning County, Ohio, where Barnabas and Elizabeth
remained the balance of their lives, they are buried in the Presbyterian
Cemetery in Poland.
They had six children: Barnabas (Jr), Andrew, Margaret, Nancy,
George C. and Mary.
I hope that this bit of information will set-off some alarm
systems. I will be grateful for any information regarding my gg
grandmother, ELIZABETH GRAHAM.

Need help locating William Graham b. abt 1774 in VA.

7. Charles Graham b. abt 1860 in MO
8. Cordilia Graham b. abt 1864 in MO
9. Nancy B. Graham b. abt 1866 in MO

I have located George Graham in the following places:

I do not have any idea where this family is in 1840 or 1860, as of right
now they seem to just disappear.

All help would be greatly appreciated.

I think this is me you are looking for. I have George Graham, b 1809 In Mo,
even though it was a territory at that time yet. He married Margaret West in
1830 in Jefferson Co, MO, not far from Madison CO. But the rest of the info
doesn't fit. Thanks for looking. I'll keep trying!

Linda
