Washington Alexander Greathouse and Margaret Gum are on my husband's
tree.... My husband is a Degler descendant, so he is related to Carrie.
What other information do you have on this Greathouse line ? Thanks,
Barbara Roberts

My ggrandmother was Minnie Alice Greathouse 1869-1950
and was married to William Asbury Bright 1868-1934.
They were from the Pochantas County, WV area.
I believe that her parents were Washington Alexander
Greathouse and Margaret Gum.
Her brothers and sisters were:
William Commodore Greathouse 1872-1951
Charles McBride Greathouse 1866-
Washington Forest Greathouse 1879 (Twin to Carrie)
Carrie C. Degler 1879
Clemma A. Grogg
Leah H. Greathouse
Gertie ???
I would appreciate any information that anyone has on
any of these people.
Thanks,
Brenda Brinson
