Marg Cambridge

I was only able to find two references to Lt. Cambridge MC in Maj Oldfield's
book. on p 189 "Lieut. J.A. Cambridge, M.C., who was commanding a Support
compan anti-Tank platoon was killed in a wood-clearing operstion near Ede,
whilte supporting B Company." This would be on April 15th 1945 near
Otterloo north of Arnhem in the Netherlands.

When you contact the Regimental Museum ask if they have a copy of the
regimental War Diary. do not let them confuse it with Oldfield's book of
that name. It may contain the recommendation for the M.C. You may also
wish to write to the National Archives in Ottawa and ask for a copy of Lt.
Cambridge's file. This should contain the citation but may not.

If you do get the citation I would appreciate receiving a copy so that we
may add it to our file on this regiment.
