Wow many thanks for that speedy lookup -18 minutes from my sending it, to
getting an answer. Is that a record?? :-)
Thanks for the info Ian, I ws interested to see that the fusilliers were
down in Dorset for a time - Bovington is about 20 miles away from me, and
has a good museum there - sadly Tom would not have been there at all - he
joined the regiment after recieving his commission on Jan 3rd 1916 and died
just six weeks later - I don't think it would be worth paying out for his
British military records.
