Terry,

No 6 Casualty Clearing Station was based at Fernes between 22 Apr and 13
Sep 1918.

No 20 General Hospital was based at Camiers from 15 May 1915 to 14 Apr 1919.

Convalescent Depots (in the UK?) are not listed,

"F Hosp 168" sounds to me to be the identification of a British Army form
used in military hospitals.
