Peter,
He was born in either Holywell, Ffynngroyw or Caegwrle in 1885.
I have searched the st Caths but there are too many William Williams born in
1885. William married Lily Green in 1906 in Birkenhead and his father was
Robert Owen Williams. I have looked on the 1881 census for him but I dont
have a year born and there are too many Robert Owen Williams. I am stuck at
the moment
Peter.
