Hi Ian/Listers,
Just to follow up on Forrest's response, the Imperial War Museum site states
the following:
On 19 October, 1919 it was announced the The King had approved the issue of
a clasp to those already awarded the 1914 Star "who actually served under
the fire of the enemy in France or Belgium" between 5 August and 22 November
1914.
