The attestation paper can be seen at

suggested, it looks like RCHA to me.
To add strength to that argument, there is a "Certificate of Magistrate"
at the bottom of that page, and it can be seen that recruit took his oath
at Kingston.
Kingston, Ontario, was the headquarters of the Royal Canadian Horse
Artillery Brigade, which was made up of A, B and C Batteries.

Brigade, including a mention of Kingston, and there is a page which gives
brief details of what C Battery did in the Great War.
