I wonder if someone could please help me with the following or direct me
to somewhere that I could get help.

1.I have 4 medals of my grandfather's, two of which I can identify
as Mutt and Jeff (or Wilfred, the Victory Medal and Squeak, the British
War Medal). (I did find something!) The medals have the following
inscribed on the edges:

M2-177618 PTE. D. I. PROSSER A.S.C.

2.I have been unable to identify the 3rd. It says Royal Army
Service Corps on the outer ring and HONI-SOIT-QUI-MAL-Y-PENSE on the
inner ring. It has a crown at the top and is like an 8 pointed star or
sunburst. I think that is a G R in the center. It has a bar on the
back that I think may have been used to fasten it to a lapel or in a
buttonhole.
3.I have a 4th meda. It has leaves around the outside, 'For
Service and Sacrifice 1914-1918' on the inner circle and in the center
is an oval with what looks like a large letter I and then an R
superimposed on top. I have searched and searched for the 3rd and 4th
medals to no avail.
4.I want to send for my Grandfather's military records. I am
fairly sure I need to send to the PRO but I can't find a proper address
to mail to, where to direct my request, what to include, and how much
the charge is. Can you direct me or provide the necessary guidance?

It is my understanding that David Ivor Prosser was in the motor
transport. I do have a photo of him with a lorry (large letters W.D.
are on the front over the open cab). I also have a formal portrait of
him in his uniform. And I know he served in France and Belgium.

Thank you for anything you can do for me.

Sincerely,
Karen Call
