Hello, Sue, Cameron and Martin,

Thank you all very much for your prompt replies. As the Harold you found
was born in Nottingham I am certain that the H E HOLLAND on the CWGC web
site is not my uncle. The initials are his and so is the Regt. but my uncle
was born in Bermondsey, London.

Actually, I 'm relieved because I 've just found out that my uncle had only
got married between Sept and Dec 1918 and it would have been terrible if he
had been killed so soon afterwards which I 'm sure did happen.
