Hello Gene,
The CWGC Site records the same information you have and adds:
'Son of John George and Lily Fottrell of "Richelieu" Sydney Parade, Co
Dublin. Husband of Antoinette Fottrell.
He is remembered on the 'Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Panel 33. This is a
memorial to the missing so he has no formal burial place or grave.
