Hello Sheila,
Has Steve will confirm that list was only of the Wm Huxley's that served whom
qualified for medal entitlement as drawn from the online MICs less those listed
by CWGC, because you said he returned so providing he survived long enough not
to be considered as died of war injury he should be one of those listed.
I also sent you the url of each website I had drawn these names from, so that
you could look yourself and then mark both sites in your favourites for future
reference. If you consider that he may have received a gallantry award [MM/MC/VC
etc] then there are other online sites to look at such as the Gazettes, also was
he commissioned, if so the Gazette again may give you some leads.
