Yes I watched a documentary a few weeks ago that talked about a giant set of
unexploded underground mines in France that never went off. These multi
kiloton sized piles of explosive were intended to blow up several miles of
the German front lines but most didn't go off as planned when they were
triggered.

One "small" bomb of the group did go off in the 1950's when it was triggered
by a lightning bolt. The blast left a hole the size of a good size lake.
No-body was hurt but the others are still right under a village waiting to
go off The scary part is that the explosives used have no half-life. They
are just explosive now as 90 years ago.
