Hi Delilah thanks for your very kind offer.I believe my Gdad Joseph Walker
was born 1871 in Linthorpe, Middlesbrough(on the border of Durham &
Yorkshire)in Nov 1891(Army Papers) he was 20 his address 184 Leeds Rd
Windhill Shipley Bradford.Living with his father William brothers Samuel 7
William Henry 0 and sister Charlotte(no age given)no mother was mentioned
but I believe her name was Mary Chilton. Walker being such a common name is
hard to research. He then went to India with Yorks Reg for 12 years came
back to Mbro and Married my Gran then joined up again and was gassed in
France. I have been looking for William for about 4 years and have hit a
brick wall. Thank you for your help Wendy at Sunny Melbourne OZ
