Maybe someone here can help me.
My Great Gand Aunt's (Elizabeth Weber 1872-1967) alumnae newsletter from nursing school says that she served overseas with the occupation army at "BASE 19" from 1916 to 1918. I have tried all kinds of searches to find what and where was BASE 19. Any suggestions?
