Withoiut giving us a little more information, it's hard to help you. I have had a quick look at a Greek White pages website (English version) and lots of Nikolaous come up.

I suggest you do a search at

http://www.grecian.net/greekphones_e

and see if anything matches up with the other info you have.

By the way, the common version of his first name is probably Manoli.
