Greek translations of the names would be
Peter - Petros or Panagiotis
Andrew - Andreas
James - Dimitrios
George - Georgios
Caroline - Karolina or Kalomoira are two possibilities but it could be anything that starts with K, there is no C in the Greek alphabet.
As for birth records you will have to apply to the records office of the local council at Kalamata. There is no central records office for BDMs in Greece.
