I was intrigued by your email. Could there possibly be a connection between our families? I know very little about my Greek family since I am a first generation American. My father, Athanasios Ioannou (b. 3/14/1893) came to America in the early 1900s with his brother ~ don't know which one but it was either Peter or Nicholas. The family was from Agios Vlasios, Greece (I think). Other family names are: Christophoros Ioannou, Nickolaos Ioannou, Petros Ioannou, Arthurios Ioannou and Diamanta Papaioannou. If there is any connection between us, I would love to hear from you.
