Since I do not have much information, I feel that I'm wasting our time and
space.

I am looking for the given name of a Grimes, moved from Tennessee. He had
married a Nancy Jane ..., They had 3 children that I know of:

JAMES McNARY GRIMES
b. April 18, 1823 in Tennessee
d. March 20, 1906 in Benton County, Arkansas

RICHMOND WILSON GRIMES
b. 1825
d. January 12, 1881 in Benton County, Arkansas

NANCY JANE GRIMES
b. abt. 1832

This Grimes must have known that he was close to death as he told his wife
that she should keep their hired hand. His wife went him one better, after
the death of her husband, she married the hired hand, James William Wardlaw.
This Nancy Jane (I have no maiden name for her.) was born November 20, 1802
in Tennessee and died January 2, 1882 in Benton County and is buried in the
Pratt Cemetery of the same county.
