research, drop me a line At
and I will put you in
touch with the current holder
Meanwhile, if you have a certificate you don't need
that may be of use to someone else then drop me a

newsletter .
We have changed the certificate system a little, to
give hopefully an added opportunity for sharing
information. If you have a spare certificate that is
of no use to you at all then you can either send me
the details, as normal, or send me the certificate. If
the certificate is sent to me then it will be sent on

six months if nobody has claimed the certificates as
interesting to their research then they will be

the details of the certificate on file and pass them
on to any relevant one name studies registered with
the Guild of One Name Studies.

WEBPAGE REVIEWS
http://www.harnish.org.uk/
A lovely little website for the Church of St.
Nicholas, Hardenhuish near Chippenham in Wiltshire.
There is a very interesting introduction to the church
and the parish, giving names of owners of the nearby
House and dates of additions and alterations to the
church. It is a well written and fascinating brief
history. TO add to this there is a list of burials
from Vicars notes, and pictures of the Rolls of Honour
and other local monuments. A really nice little
website with nothing flashy or overly designed, just
simple and interesting
http://www.maybole.org/history/resources/asafhs.htm
The website of the Alloway and South Ayrshire FHS this
is a nice little website, with details of the Society
and its meetings. The website also provides a bit of
history and background to the area and its notables.
Nicely put together and easy to navigate
http://www.rootsweb.com/~wiilbig/
This is the website of the British Interest Group of
Wisconsin and Illinois. Although this will be
specifically of interest to researchers in this narrow
geographical area this nice website will be of
interest to many people who remote research. There is
plenty of information on the site about British and
Irish Genealogy and lists of events from a much wider
region. The site contains many reviews of books and
CD's relating to British Genealogy which is a great
feature. Well worth a visit
