At the risk of offending Polish people, my experience is they are great
procrastinators. It seems as if every letter I get from Poland starts with
"Sorry I did not get back to you sooner..." I have never heard a bad word
about Tomy, in fact, people go out of the way to praise his efforts and I
understand in person too.
