A request to everyone who gets their e-mail in the office and doesn't
use the digest option.

I received some automated "Out of Office" replies to a message I sent to
a newsgroup. If you are going to be out of the office, please change
your newgroups setting to digest or stop the mail so that individuals do
not receive these messages. Thank you.

You should be aware that the newsgroups will reject "Out of Office" in
the headers.
